Just a word of warning for Google Adword users. There’s a new email going around trying to catch you out.<\/p>\n

The mail will look something like this<\/p>\n

Dear Advertiser,

\nWe were unable to process your payment.
\nYour ads will be suspended soon unless we can process your payment.
\nTo prevent your ads from being suspended, please update your payment information.
\n—————————<\/span>
\nPlease sign in
\nto your account at http:\/\/adwords.google.com\/select\/login,
\nand update your payment information.
\n—————————–<\/span>
\nNo matter what size business you run
\nAdvertise your business with Google Adwords<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Before going to any site from an email link hover over the link to see where it’s directing you, because even though the landing page will look “real” the actual site may be a hoax (like this one is), and looking to get your username and password.<\/p>\n
