Since I took that photo time seemed to have stood still. I visited the site day after day, week after week and nothing appeared to be happening. And then today only a week or so since my last visit the entire frame work has been erected. I wanted to get a step by step view of the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Oh well, from nothing to this.
