{"id":2852,"date":"2015-10-05T10:39:41","date_gmt":"2015-10-05T10:39:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bargh.co.uk\/blog\/?p=2852"},"modified":"2016-06-02T10:46:46","modified_gmt":"2016-06-02T10:46:46","slug":"11k-lavada-walk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bargh.co.uk\/blog\/11k-lavada-walk\/","title":{"rendered":"11k Lavada walk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following my lavada walk yesterday I was really looking forward to today&#8217;s planned 11k lavada from Ribeiro Frio to Portela, (and according to the guide books Madeira&#8217;s most popular walk) sadly it was no more interesting than a walk in one of Derbyshire&#8217;s dales &#8211; apart from an occasional glimpse of high edge drama.<\/p>\n<p>This photo was taken at the start on a slight diversion to the Balcoes viewing point at 860m.
