Samsung held their European Press Launch in Reykjavik, Iceland. We flew over on Iceland Air Flight FI-451, London to Reykjavik. I was in Seat 19C. We stopped in the Radisson SAS Saga Hotel Hagatorg
Several events were organised including a Snowmobile Tour, Glacier by Jeep and an excursion into to see Gullfoss, the Geysir area, Hveragerdi and Hellisheidi Mountain Plateau

Book launch for Grays of Westminster – In The Company of legends.
With Guest speakers David Suchet (below) and Gary Coward Williams.
I also got to meet one of my photography heroes, the late Sir Simon Marsden (below)
The event was held in the Private dining room of Quaglino’s in Bury Street London
We were all given a copy of the book. I managed to get mine autographed by just about everyone who was at the event who’d had a quote in the book.
Went away but not sure where yet…more research needed. I flew from Manchester Airport
Went on first date with Karen. I turned up in Z3 with padded leather drug dealer coat. We met at Premier Inn on the outskirts of Lincoln (Canwick Hill) for food and then went bowling. Then we went to a pub on the steep hill in Lincoln and stayed over at hers in Digby, Friday night and spent all day Saturday in Lincoln.
Colab arranged for a few journalists to go up in a Lockheed Hercules with the RAF Falcons Parachute Air Display Team.
We flew from Brize Norton and watched them jump out to do one of their displays.

Olympus flew us out to Bologna for a Ferrari race day at the Mugello circuit
The day is a celebration of Ferrari, when all the team’s F1 drivers – Schumacher, Barrichello and the 2 test drivers, Massa and Badoer, drive the F1 cars as well as spectacular drives from current Ferrari road cars and vintage Ferraris through the ages.
