Photo365 – Day 270 – fly agaric

Taken today on a quick visit to Clumber Park in search of fungi. There were lots of flat topped fly agarics but not many of these closed ones. This time I not only took the closer shots but some more environmental ones like this. The 100mm has a good rounded aperture which gives great out of focus background highlights.

Photo365 – Day 170 – reel

I cycled round Clumber Park this afternoon a 30km route, and on the way stopped off at one of my favourite woodland scenes to take this. The reel has been there for about five years and is starting to rot away nicely. It’s surrounded by silver birch and ferns so you can usually get a decent shot. This is with the K5 and 16-45mm hand held.

Photo365 – Day 151 – Clumber Park Chapel

A quick cycle around Clumber Park provided me with an alternative across the lake view of the chapel. Taken with the Olympus EP2 and 17mm lens. I included the tree branches as foreground interest.
