With Jas, Gerald and Anne to see AA Williams at the Bodega in Nottingham. Support was from a very loud Spotlight
It was the first tour for a couple of years for AA Williams and she was on top form . We were front of stage and central so clear view . The venue was quite packed. We had an unexpected interruption as some woman argued with staff loudly. AA stopped playing and tried to get security to act on the incident. It took 3 or 4 minutes before play commenced. Great gig shame people don’t respect artists!
I took a Ryanair flight to Belgium Brussels South Charleroi airport and spent a night in Brussels midi . Then a train to Brussels north and a bus from there to Den Hague. Last night was a feature packed night full of ambient-doom-black-metal post-rock material provided by Portugese, French, and Japanese bands – Sinistro, Alcest and MONO (Japan) I took a position behind the mixing desk for a higher viewpoint but it still gave a limited view. With Gerald Garraty
